Certify My Biz Membership Terms 

I, , agree and understand that this membership is $1,999 joining fee AND $99 per month with a one-year commitment.  I agree that I can financially afford to be in the Contracting Prep Academy, and I agree that this program is a ONE YEAR COMMITMENT that cannot be terminated until my year is up. 

I understand that all the information provided by Certify My Biz in the Program and under this Agreement, including that provided on our website, social media pages, emails, chats, in our materials, classes/trainings, our copyrights, trademarks, logos, product names, images, audio and video recordings, books and booklets, and all other information is our intellectual property (“Intellectual Property”) and is protected by US copyright and trademark laws. Our Intellectual Property may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold or posted in any way whatsoever. Further, any use of our trademarks or trade dress in any manner likely to confuse consumers is prohibited.

I  understand that this community is NOT for other Government contracting/Certification trainers, coaches, mentors, consultants, etc.  I understand I cannot be a part of this community and providing the same services as Certify My Biz.

I  understand there are absolutely no refunds.
